Dr Fazilah Shaik Allaudin

Hi, I’m Roxanne Llamzon, currently the Operations Officer of the University of the Philippines – National Telehealth Center. By profession, I am an Industrial Engineer, so I’m very interested in the optimization of processes and the design of systems, in general. I joined the team in May 2012 and ever since, my work has mostly revolved in the improvement of our internal processes towards increased operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Since writing is also my passion, I double as a Research Associate for NT HC and focus largely on the measurement and evaluation of efficiency of implementation methods, usability of systems, among others. Upload a photo for your website profile 1x1.jpg 1
