At the last AeHIN General Meeting in Manila on 23-24 September 2013, more than 60 participants from 16 countries expressed interest in a structured methodology for formalizing the national eHealth strategy into a set of action lines. Experts were invited and several confirmed the relevance of a blueprint in guiding the countries into their national eHealth development which can clarify the important components required for an effective and responsive eHealth system.
On May 2014, AeHIN is sponsored officials from ministries of health, academe, and NGOs for a training on IT Governance using the Control Objectives for Information and related Technologies (or COBIT).
