AeHIN Scholarships

This 2013, AeHIN supports 24 of its members to the Online HL7 Fundamentals Course, a 14-week program which begins 15 August - 28 November 2013. This initiative do not just aim to train participants on HL7 but also will explore the possibility of eHealth standardization and interoperability within countries and across borders.

AeHIN HL7 Scholars


Thelma Pulong

     I am an information system analyst at the Philippines' Department of Health (DOH) where I actively take part in building information systems for hospital operations and rural health units and surveillance systems for filiarisis, injuries, and sentrong sigla program. I also do ground work in coding, system testings, debuggings, and preparation of systems documentation at the DOH. Prior to working at the DOH, I was involved in a small project on earthquake reconstruction with the country's Department of Public Works and Highways, Asia Development Bank and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development.
