AeHIN HL7 Scholars

Chaw Chaw Yu

I am Dr. Chaw Chaw Yu, a graduate from University of Medicine I, Yangon, Myanmar. After finishing my House Officer work, I had clinical experience at West Yangon General Hospital for 2 years as a Medical Officer. At the moment, I am currently working at Health Information Division, Department of Health Planning as a Health Information Staff Officer.

As a Health Information Staff Officer, I have to supervise both of hospital and public health management information systems. Now we are taking steps into e-Health development for our Health System. I am looking forward to know every member in the online HL7 fundamentals course sponsored by AeHIN and hopefully, at the end of the course, I can help my country with the knowledge and information that I will learn towards the regional health data interoperability in Asia.
